SYNDICATE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OG LION 10 YEAR GIVEAWAY
By entering the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 THE PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is: Syndicate Original Limited. Company number; 08679880 and whose registered office is at 36 Hudson Road, Hyde, SK14 5EB, United Kingdom (also referred to as “Syndicate Original”, “We”, “Our” “Us”).
1.2 Our correspondence address is Syndicate Original, 36 Hudson Road, Hyde, SK14 5EB, United Kingdom.
2 HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The competition will run from 7pm on March 3rd 2025 (the "Opening Date") to midnight on March 10th 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2.2 To enter the competition, you must either:
(a) place an accepted order online at https://uk.syndicateoriginal.com for an item of clothing in the OG Lion collection during the pre-order event or
(b) send an enclosed envelope containing your: (i) full name; (ii) address; (iii) email address; and (iv) contact telephone number, by first or second class post to Syndicate Originals Address (as set out in condition 1.2above), between the Opening Date and the Closing Date.
2.3 Orders have been accepted in accordance with condition 2.2(a) above when you receive confirmation of this by email from Syndicate Original. Otherwise, Syndicate Original will not acknowledge receipt of your entry to the competition.
2.4 All competition entries must be received by Syndicate Original by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.5 Syndicate Original is not able to amend any contact information once the competition has been entered in accordance with condition 2.2 above.
2.6 You may make multiple entries for the competition, but each entry must be submitted separately (by a separate order in accordance with 2.2(a) above, or a separate envelope in accordance with 2.2(b) above). Bulk entries will not be accepted and will be counted as one single entry.
2.7 Syndicate Original will not accept:
(b) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; and / or
(c) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.1 The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years old or over, except: (a) employees of Syndicate or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of Syndicate or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Syndicate Original may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
3.3 Syndicate Original will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
4.1 The prize is £1000 and TEN are available to be won.
4.2 Prizes are subject to availability. Syndicate Original reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
4.3 The prizes are not negotiable, refundable or transferable.
5.1 The winners of this competition will be selected at random using a random number generator out of all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5.2 The decision of Syndicate Original is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.3 Syndicate Original will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable and no later than 14 days after the Closing Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
5.4 Syndicate Original must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Syndicate Original will [publish the surname and county of major prize winners on its website (https://uk.syndicateoriginal.com/)] OR [send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails shop-uk@syndicateoriginal.com or writes to Syndicate’s Address (as set out in condition 1.2above) (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition].
5.5 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Syndicate at shop-uk@syndicateoriginal.com or by writing to Syndicate Original’s Address (as set out in condition 1.2 above). In such circumstances, Syndicate Original must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.1 The prize will be provided to eligible winners by bank transfer, within 30 days of the Closing Date
6.2 Syndicate Original will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Syndicate Original reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the valid entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.3 Syndicate Original does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Syndicate Original, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Syndicate Original, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
Syndicate Original will only process your personal information as set out in the https://uk.syndicateoriginal.com/pages/privacy-policy-terms-of-service. See also condition 5.4 and condition 5.5, with regard to the announcement of winners.
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Syndicate Original may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2 Syndicate Original reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition, in whole or in part, where it becomes necessary to do so, with or without notice.
9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
