By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition
To enter customers can place an order for a Next Move T-shirt during the pre-order event running August 5th 2024 - midnight August 11th 2024. Eligible orders must contain a T-shirt from the Next Move collection.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.
Competition excludes entries from Northern Ireland.
One entry per order.
You may enter the competition for free by post by complying with the following conditions:
(a) send your entry on an unenclosed hand written postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:
(b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
(c) include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address;
(d) the promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid;
(i) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee you will be entered into the random draw;
(h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry;
(i) All entries must be received by midnight on August 11th 2024.
Choosing a winner
ONE HUNDRED (100) winners worldwide (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by the promoter. Winners will be chosen using a number generator on August 26th and the winners will be notified on or after this date. Prizes will be sent out either within a customers order or via the address provided on the free post entry.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. If prize winners are from countries outside of the UK a cash alternative may be offered.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Syndicate Originals reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice
