The NEXT MOVE collection is part of a pre-order event and normal delivery times do not apply. We will begin dispatching orders after August 26th, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing tracking. If your order contains other items outside of this collection they will be sent out at the same time. If you wish to receive them sooner please place a separate order.

All orders are sent tracked via the Royal Mail and are usually delivered 2 working days after a shipping confirmation email has been received.

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We ship worldwide via the Royal Mail* using a tracked and signed service.

While we aim for international parcels to be delivered within 7-10 working days please keep an eye on your tracking and allow up to 14 working days before contacting us. 

*Unfortunately we are not able to ship to the United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine or the Faroe Islands.

 DELIVERY COSTS:

We now offer a flat rate of £9.99 for all international orders regardless of the weight.

RETURN POLICY:

We will be more than happy to accept any unworn item(s) if returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept washed or worn garments or other used merchandise. All items must have original packaging. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and should usually appear in your account within 3 working days of a refund being issued.

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. All orders sent overseas are subject to a refund only return policy.

Please note at this moment in time we do not offer free returns. If using this Royal Mail service to return an item for refund a charge of £3 will be deducted from the total refund amount. If using this service to exchange an item(s) an invoice will be sent via email for an additional £3 postage before an exchange can be processed.

To speed the return process up we advise that customers contact us beforehand to let us know the order is on its way back and your reason for return. You can reply off the back of your order confirmation email so that we can clearly see your order details. If an exchange is required please let us know what item(s) you would like to swap the product(s) for and we will add a note to your order. This also enables us to send you the £3 invoice in advance of receiving the order back and saves time. 

Items will only be accepted back if returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed unless faulty.

We recommend that you return goods using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items going missing in transit.

International orders are subject to a refund only policy and it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage. 

Other information:

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Please check orders on receipt as any missing or faulty items must be notified to us immediately. Mistakes can not be rectified at a later date.
